Hi, I’m Beth Greika, with Carrie Fitts Real Estate and I’m so thrilled that my journey has finally led me to practice real estate in sunny Alabama! Upon retiring from the Office of International Affairs at the University of Connecticut in 2018, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.

When not working with buyers to obtain their dream home or listing homes for sellers ready for a bigger home or ready to downsize, my husband Peter and I love to sail. We have been sailing the Narragansett Bay and the coast of New England for the past several years and are excited to explore the beautiful Southern waters of the Gulf.

Our other passion is honoring those that served our Country. I have been an active member of the Patriot Guard Riders since 2010 and both my husband and I served on CTPGR Leadership. I’ve recently joined the Alabama chapter and am looking forward to the opportunity to honor our service members locally. My dedication to and respect for our service members lead me to obtain my Military Relocation Professional designation to better assist our Veterans with their real estate needs.

The core values of Carrie Fitts Real Estate resonated with my goals to provide an honest, genuine, forthright buying and selling experience for folks looking for support in their real estate endeavors. With a major emphasis on education, I have just completed the coursework and obtained my Associate Broker’s license to better serve this dynamic community. After having lived in a number of different states growing up, Carrie chose Tuscaloosa as the place to live and raise her family in 1988. She understands, first-hand the joys and challenges of moving locally and relocating from far away.

She has enjoyed a diverse professional life: television reporter, restaurant owner, executive director of Kentuck, and marketing and events planner for the True Vine Foundation. She’s also volunteered for several community events such as Art for Heart, Challenge 21, NASP (neighborhoods for the advancement of school programs), Reading Allies, and is on the board for Tuscaloosa Downtown Merchants Association, DCH Foundation, and Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS®. Carrie firmly believes that the community is the heart of her business and it’s important to pour her generosity and time into the people who support her.

Through all this, she has been involved in real estate… buying, renting and selling.

In addition to Alabama, Carrie is licensed as a REALTOR® in Florida and Mississippi.

Hi, I’m Kate Fletcher. I was born and raised in Connecticut, but after traveling back and forth for many family vacations I relocated permanently in 2010. During my free time, I take my two dogs to the park, enjoy traveling, and riding side-by-sides with my partner. I am so excited to have the opportunity to join the Carrie Fitts Real Estate family. I look forward to finding you “A House that Fitts”.

Meet Daniel

Daniel brings over seven years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across New York City, Atlanta, and the Gulf Coast of Alabama. Known for his client-first approach, Daniel prioritizes relationships over transactions and pairs sharp marketing skills with a deep commitment to service. He began his real estate journey at The University of Alabama, earning a specialization in Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Business. Daniel is currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. His career includes work with top firms such as The Hanover Company in Atlanta and Brown Harris Stevens in NYC, where he was part of the award-winning Lubin Team, named “Team of the Year” with over $100M in sales. Daniel is extremely proud to represent Carrie Fitts Real Estate’s newest branch office in Fairhope, AL. Originally from Atlanta and raised on Alabama’s Gulf Coast, Daniel lives in Magnolia Springs with his wife Sunny and their two cats. Outside of real estate, he enjoys music, the outdoors, cooking, and travel.
